This policy explains what information TempEduMail ("we", "us") collects when you use tempedumail.net, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

  • Temporary mailbox content: emails sent to a temporary address you create or use, including sender, subject, body and attachments.
  • Account information (optional): if you register, your first name, last name, email address and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form.
  • Contact form: your name, email address and the message you send us.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and approximate location derived from the IP address, used for security, abuse prevention and statistics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.

How we use information

  • To provide the service: receive, show and delete temporary emails.
  • To manage accounts and answer your messages.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse such as spam and automated attacks.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

How long we keep data

Temporary addresses and the messages received by them are automatically deleted after a short period: currently up to 5 days. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer them.

Third-party services

We use the following services, which may process technical data about your visit:

  • Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics for traffic statistics.
  • Yandex Metrika for traffic statistics.
  • Google Fonts to load fonts.
  • IP geolocation services to estimate approximate location.

We do not sell your personal data.

Messages are not private

Anyone who knows or guesses a temporary address may be able to read its messages. Do not use temporary addresses for sensitive information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, please use our Contact page.

Children

TempEduMail is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where required by local law). If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
